Coaching

Inspiration for Professionals

Looking to nurture your gifts with a kind, caring and nurturing coach who understands what it’s like to be a working professional in today’s fast-paced world?

I totally hear if you desire to have your days filled with more ease, relaxation, meaning, joy and fun.

I get how valuable our time is and how we can feel like there’s never enough time to pursue our passions.

I resonate with how stuck we can feel when we’re not sure how to prepare for those big changes that inevitably seem to happen in our lives.

As a highly sensitive person who wears many different career hats throughout the week, I really hear you on how overwhelming, exhausting and lonely it can feel when we’re trying so hard to figure it all out and we feel like we have very little support.

Making time for ourselves and what we dream of achieving can feel so far away from our present reality. I get it. I’ve been there.

But what if I told you it IS possible to experience more meaning, fulfillment and joy, even in the midst of working a 9-5 job? Would you be open to the possibility that this is possible for you?

I share this because it’s exactly what I’ve experienced for myself through working with a coach and it’s what I see happening for my clients!

If you’d like to explore how coaching could be of support to you, let’s set up a time to connect for a complimentary coaching session.

I truly believe that anything is possible once we feel ready to make a change!

Let’s work together as we IGNITE, AMPLIFY and CELEBRATE your remarkable gifts

  • What made coaching with Rozalind so amazing was her infectious positivity but also her bluntness. There was no holding back on telling me what I needed to hear. All of her incredible thought-provoking exercises really got me out of my head and able to see clearly what my next steps and possibilities were.

    Rosemary, Coaching Client

  • I think about little things from our coaching sessions literally every day! I’m grateful for our sessions together. They have built me back up again!

    Mary , Coaching Client

  • Rozalind models what she teaches. She is one of the most inspiring, joyful, and encouraging people I know. When I met Rozalind, I was struggling to finish scoring my first feature film. As composers, we know that to be in demand, we must deliver above and beyond what our directors ask for on time and we must be a joy to work with. Rozalind helped me learn how to be a better person and how to be more creative and productive. I highly recommend Rozalind's coaching to anyone who has big dreams and is working to accomplish them.

    Charles, Coaching Client

  • My favorite part of coaching has been discovering the WHY behind all of my actions. Instead of thinking "I can't do that because...," I now think "How can I make this happen?" Rozalind is so involved and supportive of my hopes for my career. I would recommend working with Rozalind to anyone that feels lost or stuck in their personal or professional life.

 Coaching FAQs

  • Coaching can take many forms. I meet you right where you’re at. I follow your needs and provide a safe and judgement-free zone where you can explore your feelings and needs, your desires, your discomfort and your joy.

Coaches often help clients untangle their thinking.

For some clients, we work on improving their self-care routine as they set healthy boundaries and find more balance in their personal and professional lives.

For others, we focus on creating effective systems for achieving their goals. I've worked with people in all disciplines who are looking to feel more seen, celebrated and heard in the world. Their productivity increases, they improve their relationships and they remove limiting beliefs that no longer serve them in their lives.

Other clients look forward to processing their feelings and needs in a thinking environment (inspired by the world of Nancy Klein) where they feel like they’re truly being acknowledged and heard.

Clients share with me that coaching makes them feel more confident, focused and optimistic about their future. They claim their personal power and find their flow. They communicate with more clarity and create stronger boundaries and agreements. They prioritize their self-care and wellbeing. They advocate for themselves. They find more meaning and fulfilment in their jobs and in their relationships.

The impact coaching has had on my life has been profound, both as a coach and as a client of other coaches. I’ve gone from feeling super insecure to feeling like what I have to share is truly valuable in the world. It’s helped me find more work-life balance, increased my productivity, improved my relationships and has helped me tap into my purpose.

The transformative qualities of these sessions are like nothing I've experienced in any other form of personal or professional development. It often feels like magic work!

Coaching is hard to explain through words. It’s best understood through experiencing it.
